1. Privacy Policy
Beto Irrigation Inc. is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling information

email—essentially all details necessary to perform the requested services. Customer data is
never sold, rented, or leased to third parties. All client data is kept confidential and is shared
only with authorized personnel or service providers as needed to complete the work.
Additionally, Beto Irrigation Inc. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or
destruction.

2. Limitation of Liability
Beto Irrigation Inc. guarantees the quality of all parts and supplies used in our services. We
provide a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all new irrigation installations, which covers any
defects or malfunctions in parts or supplies. However, this warranty will be void if the
homeowner modifies, tampers with, or services the system themselves, without contacting us
for a professional service call. Beyond the terms of this warranty, Beto Irrigation Inc. shall not be
liable for any financial loss, property damage, or other indirect or consequential damages
resulting from use or inability to use the system

3. Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number—whether verbally, in writing, or via our website—you consent
to receive application-to-person (A2P) text messages from Beto Irrigation Inc. and its affiliates.
These messages are primarily informational and service related, such as appointment
reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations, and billing notifications, you may also
receive direct two-way text messages, allowing you to reply back.

the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Massachusetts.

time, including updates required to remain compliant with the TCPA, TCR, carrier policies, or
applicable regulations. Clients are encouraged to periodically review our website for updates.
Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms.

6. Termination of Services
Beto Irrigation Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or
without notice, in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of
services, or conduct that interferes with our ability to provide services effectively. Any
outstanding balance must be paid in full upon termination if the services. Clients may terminate
services at any time by providing at least 10 days’ written notice to Beto Irrigation Inc.
